1. Download Phoenix - click here.
2. Change Android security settings to allow installs of downloaded apps (extra steps click here.)
3. Open downloads folder and Install Phoenix
4. Once installed, run Phoenix
5. Select the three (3) little dots or go to settings
6. Set server IP address to the POS IP address
7. Set the username and passwords both to - user1
8. Open the POS and go to Phoenix license, and register the MAC address of the new handheld (you should be able to hear a beep from the POS)
9. Download the register PLU to the handheld
10. You should now be able start operating the handheld
