How am I billed?

You're billed in monthly blocks if you signed up for Web Hosting.

You're billed in yearly blocks if you signed up for a domain through us, or transferred your domain to us.

Our systems will automatically bill your credit card on the due date of each invoice. Should auto payment fail, your account will be suspended after 48 hours.

You can easily cancel your service at any time by going to your client area and clicking "Request Cancellation" underneath your services.
